| NCVAW and Susie’s Law supporters assisted Guilford County Animal Shelter in the removal of over 100 dogs in Lincoln County from a alleged puppy mill. A neighbor alerted Lincoln County Animal Services,according to reports,and officers told the breeder she had to choose between having the dogs vaccinated and surrendering them to authorities.
