The Forsyth County Department of Animal Control is accepting comments on the tethering (chaining) of dogs as a primary means of confinement. These comments can be made via email,by phone and by attending a public hearing Thursday February 18,2010,at 6:00 PM at the Forsyth County Animal Shelter.
