Puppy Mills are factories of pain. If we want to stop this exploitation of dogs in North Carolina we need breeder accountability. Senate Bill 460 (SB460) “The Puppy Mill bill”addresses this problem.

This bill is currently in the N.C. House Finance Committee. We need your help. Please contact the N.C. House Finance Committee by clicking the picture on the right. Tell the committee to please support the puppy mill bill and end this abuse.
