The Puppy Mill Bill (Senate Bill 460) which was suppose to go the Senate for a vote has been sidelined to the Rules Committee. Bills go to the Rules Committee to languish and eventually die. NCVAW members,we need to get this bill out of Rules Committee and back to the Senate to be voted on!
The only way to make is happen is to call or email your Senator.
Please make a short phone call to your senator and ask them to support Senate Bill 460 (The Puppy Mill Bill) today.
