Dear Decision Maker-
As a constituent of North Carolina, I support SB467 regarding Recover Pets/ Relieve Overcrowding in Shelters and I am asking that you vote favorably for its immediate passage. SB 467 will assist owners in recovering lost pets, relieve overcrowding at animal shelters, and facilitate adoptions of animals from shelters. In a time when the state is in debt, this bill makes perfect sense because it's fiscal impact is almost zero.
