| RALEIGH,N.C. –Animal welfare advocates unveiled a new mobile phone app,which will help them get the word out about issues and legislation affecting animals. It’s called “Susie’s Law First Responders’Mobile App.” The app is named after Susie,an abused dog whose case inspired a law toughening penalties for those convicted of animal abuse.
